This paper highlights and provides a more grounded foundation for Jordan's human resource management (HRM) concept. It examines four HRM practices: enrollment choice, preparation advancement, execution examination rewards advantage; what is more, associations these practices with social components, the universe of legislative issues, judicious characteristics, revelations recommend that in Jordan has not yet gotten due thought.
